We offer free standard US shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
For in stock items, orders placed before 11 am EST will ship the same day. If you place an order after 11 am EST, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Transit times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 7-10 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We ship worldwide! For the UK and EU, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.

Returns Policy
We want you to love every aspect of your Mount Lai products. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of delivery to customercare@mountlai.com. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our Mount Lai box is the perfect compartment for your tools to be housed in. After washing your tools, please make sure your tools are completely dry before placing them in their storage container! For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers and de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.

Recently I have been using Mount Lai Vitality Qi Gua Sha Ritual Bundle in White Jade and noticeable great results I have got on my skin !! Specifically around my neck where I feel it’s more tight and less double chin .

This is my first gua sha tool, and I love how it feels. So relaxing, easy to follow instructions, and just a great feeling. I did look de-puffed after. The calming balm also feels great and is the perfect consistency for the gua sha to follow. My only issue was with the activating mist spray you are supposed to spray to apply to the skin first. The sprayer on my bottle is stuck and won’t press down at all. So, I take the whole top off and pour some into my hand and pat it into my skin, but I wish the spray bottle worked properly to feel the mist.
As advertised, this beautiful, unique tool does wonders for relieving tension (that means my TMJ) and inducing qi flow. Gorgeous packaging as well. Elegant all around!
I received a Broken Gua sha tool. I emailed about it 5 days ago and still haven’t heart anything back. Recently had a family member in the hospital for a stroke and heart attack so I unfortunately didn’t get to do any self care till now, which is when I noticed the tool was broken but past the return date. I sent a picture. I’m not requesting a refund, just a replacement as I was very excited to try out all the products I purchased for over $130.
