Shipping Policy
We offer free standard US shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
For in stock items, orders placed before 11 am EST will ship the same day. If you place an order after 11 am EST, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Transit times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 7-10 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! For the UK and EU, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.
Pre-ordering Policy
If you place an order with a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-ordered item is available.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every aspect of your Mount Lai products. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of delivery to customercare@mountlai.com. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

However, you can use the jade roller as many times as you want, whenever your face needs a moment of soothing calmness. After each use, you can wash your Mount Lai tools with warm water and a gentle soap. You can then dry the tools with a soft cloth. If you’re looking for additional information on cleaning your tools, we have a blog post that can provide more information here.
Our Mount Lai box is the perfect compartment for your tools to be housed in. After washing your tools, please make sure your tools are completely dry before placing them in their storage container! For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers and de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.

Yes, all of our skincare products are beneficial for all skin types and were formulated with sensitive and acne-prone skin in mind. All of our products are non-comedogenic, meaning that they do not clog pores.

I always take my Gua sha with me on any overnight trips. With this case I can keep it cozy and clean in my toiletry bag!
I use the Small Protective Felt Tool Pouch for my Stainless Steel Gua Sha at home (protecting my mirrored vanity from breakage) and while traveling (securing my Gua Sha prevents damage to more fragile items in my beauty bag. A great price so I bought two of them!
The size of the pouch was perfect for my gua sha and was made with very durable, strong material. I’m going to be traveling with this soon and look forward to using it for future travels!
