We offer free standard US shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
For in stock items, orders placed before 11 am EST will ship the same day. If you place an order after 11 am EST, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Transit times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 7-10 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We ship worldwide! For the UK and EU, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.

Returns Policy
We want you to love every aspect of your Mount Lai products. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of delivery to customercare@mountlai.com. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our Mount Lai box is the perfect compartment for your tools to be housed in. After washing your tools, please make sure your tools are completely dry before placing them in their storage container! For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers and de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.

This is my 5th bottle! I love this oil. It really helps me start in a calming, relaxing, and brighter day. It helps me stay consistent with my gua sha routine, because it's just so wonderful! Also love the jade gua sha tool, use it daily.
I have really enjoyed using the vitamin C facial oil for the last 2 weeks. I feel the oil has brightened my skin, giving it that dew look, and it feels more hydrated it as well.
emailed customer service regarding the items I received from my order#142485. I have just received my orders and emailed you right away after I unpack my order. Two items in my orders did not come in good condition. The Mini Tremella Tonic Activating Essence Mist came in a damage box. It does not look as new item or packaging. Also the Brightening Berry Vitamin C Serum I purchased seemed to be off. The dropper bottle is not full. The item i received is completely different and less volume compared to what is shown in the website. Please acknowledge my email so I can atleast return this two items, and ask for replacement.
