Honestly I love Mount Lai products. I have sinus issues and this was such a helpful product in alleviating much of that discomfort.

Read before purchasing

CAUTION: Be careful.

I love my gua sha but after a few uses, you may find the roller to be loose.

My roller ball got lose and fell out after less than 10 uses. Unsure of the reason but it is something you need to be very delicate with.

Any slight move could cause your roller to pop out and Stephanie won’t be willing to take it in to repair.

She will extend a smidge of a discount but doesn’t care about your use in the long term. She wants the money, explaining the reason for a discount and denial of repair.

When purchasing ANY product, take a look at the heart of the company and how they will support you by making the purchase. There should be boundaries but when you’re focused on serving your customers to enjoy your products to the max, considerations should be okay. I didn’t ask for a refund or a replacement, I just need it repaired to continue to WORK.

My products are in MINT condition and PERFECT but I’m forced to toss it because I don’t know how to reattach the roller.

So, be careful cause it may be faulty and there is no budge from the owner to help.

Find a company that has more durable attachments and will support you as a customer better so you can continue to use their products, not worry if your investment is going to fall apart.

Show your skin some TLC

I love the way this feels! Very cooling and relaxing. I prefer to use it while I'm wearing a sheet mask to aid in the absorption of the serum. I'll also use it to roll on excess serum or face oils at the end of the long day. The stone is cold by itself but if you kept it in the fridge you could use it every morning to combat puffiness by rolling your skincare in and giving yourself a little TLC. This is definitely an extra piece of luxury that's perfect for anyone skincare obsessed. It makes for a great gift
