Shipping Policy
We offer free standard US shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
For in stock items, orders placed before 11 am EST will ship the same day. If you place an order after 11 am EST, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Transit times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 7-10 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! For the UK and EU, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.
Pre-ordering Policy
If you place an order with a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-ordered item is available.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every aspect of your Mount Lai products. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of delivery to customercare@mountlai.com. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

After each use, you can wash your Mount Lai tools with warm water and a gentle soap. You can then dry the tools with a soft, bamboo cloth, like the one included in ourRitual Refresh Tool Cleansing Kit. Our Mount Lai box is the perfect compartment for your tools to be housed in. After washing your tools, please make sure your tools are completely dry before placing them in their storage container! For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers and de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.

Yes, all of our skincare products are beneficial for all skin types and were formulated with sensitive and acne-prone skin in mind. All of our products are non-comedogenic, meaning that they do not clog pores.

Hi I am eager to try my mask but I never received it even though DHL is showing it as delivered. I’m trying to track it down through them but all they do is put me through to the virtual assistant who says it was delivered. DHL has brought my packages to the wrong place before so I’m feeling kinda pessimistic.

This is my favorite self-care purchase in years. It’s cooling, and because of the Mediterranean in my blood, my under eyes are always a bit dark, so any extra darkness from stress or lack of sleep or hydration is a no-no. I use it during yoga Nidra and meditation as well as just reading the news or listening to a book. I love it.
