Shipping Policy
We offer free standard US shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
For in stock items, orders placed before 11 am EST will ship the same day. If you place an order after 11 am EST, your order will ship the following business day. Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Transit times provided at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier. The actual transit time may vary. Standard shipping is typically in transit for 7-10 business days, but there may be carrier delays during the holiday season.
Unfortunately once the package has shipped, we are unable to refund shipping fees as the payment has been made to the postal carrier. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! For the UK and EU, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and under.

If you place an order with a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-ordered item is available.
Returns Policy
We want you to love every aspect of your Mount Lai products. If there is an issue with your order, please send a note within fourteen days of delivery to customercare@mountlai.com. Please note that returns must be in original packaging and shipping is non-refundable. If a return label is requested, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

After each use, you can wash your Mount Lai tools with warm water and a gentle soap. You can then dry the tools with a soft, bamboo cloth, like the one included in ourRitual Refresh Tool Cleansing Kit. Our Mount Lai box is the perfect compartment for your tools to be housed in. After washing your tools, please make sure your tools are completely dry before placing them in their storage container! For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers and de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.

Yes, all of our skincare products are beneficial for all skin types and were formulated with sensitive and acne-prone skin in mind. All of our products are non-comedogenic, meaning that they do not clog pores.

I bought this to replace an old one I had from another store that broke. I use it in the morning to de-puff my eyes and the coolness does the job! I also use it at night during my skincare routine. It gives instant relief, especially when it’s a cooler temperature. The size is the same as my old one, so I like that as well.

I purchased the Amethyst face roller and have been using it every day since they arrived. I was so excited to try it out, because I had read and heard amazing things about each. I have noticed a significant difference in my skin - it has a glow about it now, looks firmer, tighter, and less puffy. Not to mention how relaxing it feels on your face. Instantaneously you can see results in puffiness reduction. Over time, my face has lifted, it is honestly so cool. I highly recommend this product to anyone, even men!! I use this on my husband's face and he loves it too!
This is the prettiest roller I have ever seen. I can't believe this is my first time trying one, and now I am never going back. It definitely is a part of my everyday ritual now.
I wanted a face roller for about 6 months now but was unsure what one I wanted as there are several brands to pick from and a few from and a few different stones. When I saw this amethyst one I was immediately drawn to it. Yes it’s a little more pricey then the jade or rose quartz and it does the same thing that they do (so if you want to save 10-15 get one of them). It’s super pretty and feels really cool on the skin. It’s a great step to add of your really into skincare as it helps get products deeper into the skin. This is easy to use and feels super relaxing
